REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of an Order

Once an order is shipped we do not accept cancellations. If the package is not received by the buyer and is returned to us, we will initiate a refund within 3 business days after receiving it back to our unit.

Conditions for Return

Our products are non-returnable if the package is opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive damaged products you can contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the products with appropriate information, images and unboxing video.

Return Process
