RETURN POLICY

At Go Ayurveda Dhanvantri, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. That's why we have a comprehensive return policy in place to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept return of our products once the package has been opened. If the products are found to be damaged in courier please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the products with appropriate information, images and unboxing video. We will provide instructions for returning the items, and upon receipt, we will issue a refund or offer a replacement, depending on your preference.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@goayurveda.co.in or you can chat with us on our customer service number provided on the contact us page. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Once you have received your return authorization number, please securely package the product and include the original invoice or proof of purchase. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. Once the return is approved, we will process your refund within 3 working days and notify you via email.

Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased directly from our Go Ayurveda Dhanvantri store. If you have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.
